The recommendations are based on chapters co-written by the authors of Prisoner Leaders: Leadership as Institution and Experience (Palgrave, 2025) and include, in addition to the authors of this report, Usman Ahmed, Caragh Kyle, Ben Okoli, and Kimmett Edgar.
